Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s vibrant cultural district, just a few minutes walk away from The Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat as well as Edinburgh University.
Our shared flats are let exclusively to Edinburgh University Students through the university so if you're looking to share, why not check out Arran House or Canal Point. Or if you prefer your own space within a sociable and fun residence a Brae House Studio room is for you.
Not only will you live luxuriously, but you will also be part of a buzzing community. The residence has onsite laundry facilities, a large common room and secure bike storage. All Studios are finished to a very high standard, with deluxe ensuite shower rooms and contemporary fitted kitchens.
Studios have contemporary fitted kitchens in-room, while apartments come with large, modern lounge-diners. Each room also includes all utility bills, contents insurance and a 100Mb broadband connection at no extra charge.
Your room price includes all your utilities. That's water, electricity, gas and 100Mb broadband with WiFi with no extra charge.
So that you know all your most precious things are safe and secure, the residence is only accessible using an electronic key. There's also 24 hour CCTV and an onsite management team with cover 24 hours a day.
Perhaps the feature we’re most proud of is our friendly onsite team. Our management team are always available to answer any queries and help you with any problems you may have, while our maintenance staff are at the ready to assist with repairs.
The safety and security of our residents is hugely important to us, and Brae House is only accessible using a secure electronic key. There is 24 hour CCTV, while our constant staff presence ensures our student accommodation is effectively monitored.
